Although my recent customer service rants were about the reps, I guess that the ignorance can flow both ways.

Whoa, check out the new layout. Nifty, although I did like the ‘always be coding’ graphic. Oh, and as a former customer service phone-rep, yes, it does flow both ways. Sometimes, it doesn’t as much flow as avalanche. I recall, as a rep for an investment paper called ValueLine, having to deal with a customer who complained that she never got the email-issues she ordered … of course, she failed to mention that she didn’t actually HAVE a computer of her own …
